Netflix's "The Lincoln Lawyer" follows criminal defense attorney Michael "Mitch" Haller Jr. as he recovers from a surfing accident and a painkiller addiction. When old celebrity lawyer Jerry Vincent is murdered and leaves his law firm, Haller is completely pushed back into the justice system. With the help of his two ex-wives, Mickey faces multiple new cases, including the high-profile murder case against wealthy video game designer Trevor Elliot.

Manuel Garcia-Rulfo at Mickey Haller
In Netflix's adaptation ofMichael "Mitch" Haller Jr. in "The Lincoln Caller" is played by Manuel García-Rulfo, who played Matthew McConaughey in 2011's "The Lincoln Caller." Mitch drives his Lincoln bus around the case, and since he handles cases all over Los Angeles County, he trusts he on the driver to help him to the various courthouses while he sits in the backseat to review the files. Mitch's adaptation of Netflix's "The Lincoln Lawyer" is fairly faithful to the book, but leans more toward his Latino roots than the original, which tended to focus on its American-Irish roots. Manuel Garcia-Rulfo is known for his roles as Vasquez in the 2016 movie The Magnificent Seven and inMurder on the Orient Express 2017.
Neve Campbell als Maggie McPherson
Neve Campbell stars as Maggie McPherson in Netflix's "The Lincoln Lawyer", a role played by Marisa Tomei in the 2011 film. As a prosecutor, Maggie earned a reputation for being ruthless, earning the nickname Maggie McPhails, though Mickey appeared in the Netflix edit previously refers to her as Mags. Maggie is also Mickey's first ex-wife with whom they have a daughter. Neve Campbell is best known for playing Sidney Prescott in the movie.scream franchise.
Betsy Newton als Lorna Taylor
Lorna Taylor is played by Pell James in the McConaughey movie and is played by Becki Newton in the Netflix Lincoln Lawyer TV series. Mickey's trusted second ex-wife, whom he marries after recovering from Maggie and eventually amicably, Lorna handles his business and phone calls as he travels and courts. A relatively faithful adaptation of the character, Netflix's adaptation of Brass Judgment gives Lorna Taylor more chances to appear on screen, as she was mostly just a voice on the phone in book 1. Angus Sampson als Dennis "Cisco" Wojciechowski
Dennis "Cisco" Wojciechowski, played by Angus Sampson in the TV series Lincoln Lawyer, did not appear in the first book or 2011 movie. A former member of the Road Saints, Cisco uses his clean criminal record to obtain a license for to obtain a private investigator and is hired by Mickey to help him with the case. Cisco also has a partnership with Lorna Taylor. Angus Sampson is best known for playing the organic mechanic in 2015's Mad Max: Fury RoadFargo Schongerhardt.
Christopher Gorham als Trevor Elliot
Christopher Gorham as Trevor Elliott in Season 1 of The Lincoln Lawyer on Netflix. Trevor Elliott, Mickey's main client this season, is suspected of murdering his wife and their lover. The character is based on Walter Elliot from The Brass Verdict, and while the book character is a movie mogul, in the Netflix series he runs a video game company. Christopher Gorham is best known for his role as Bob Barnard in the series "Insatiable" and Bobby in "2 Broke Girls".

Detective Raymond Griggs, a member of the LAPD, played by Ntare Guma Mbaho MwineThe Lincoln Lawyer series on NetflixGriggs investigates Jerry Vincent's murder and insists Mitch has more information than he's letting on. Detective Griggs is not directly based on this book, but largely replaces the role of Hieronymus "Harry" Bosch, the protagonist of Michael Connery's earlier series of novels in Yellow Appears as a cross in the copper judgement. The Bosch series is managed by Amazon and the TV version of the character also appears to be theirs, so he cannot appear in the Netflix series. Cisco also fills the role of Bosch in some ways. Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, best known for his role as Ronnie Davis in The Chi, will play Gaius in the upcoming miniseries Washington Black.
Sir Ray Cole als Izzy Letts
Jazz Raycole as Izzy Letts, a new character designedAdjustment for NetflixLincoln attorney. Izzy Lett, a defendant whose case against Mickey was dismissed, paid him as his driver. As recovering addicts, the two also help each other avoid relapse. Replacing Patrick Henson in The Brass Verdict, Izzy replaces the professional surfer with an odd woman of color, helping the Lincoln lawyers dig deeper into some of the story's themes and providing additional representation. Jazz Raycole previously played Sydney Fletcher on The Quad.

Michael Graziardi as Jeff Golantz
Lincoln attorney Trevor Elliot's accuser, Jeff Golantz, is played by Michael Graziadei. While Golantz pursues Trevor Elliot, he's not set up as an adversary, but as someone with a role in the justice system, and Mickey Haller has a part to play. Jamie McShane as Detective Lee Lankford
Detective Lee Lankford is played by Jamie McShane on Netflix's The Lincoln Lawyer. Lankford, who is featured in the book, has a recurring character, first as an anti-lawyer and biased detective against Haller, then as an investigator, then as a more sinister character. These characters are brought together in Netflix's adaptation to subtly portray corrupt and unscrupulous law enforcement officers. Lankford was played by Bryan Cranston in the 2011 Lincoln Lawyer movie. Jamie McShane best known for playing Cameron Hayes in the moviesons of lawlessnessand as Eric O'Bannon on Netflix's Descent.
Krista Warner as Hayley Haller
Krista Warner as Hayley Haller in Netflix's The Lincoln Lawyer, a character created by Mackenzie Aladjem in 2011 played in the film. Hayley, the daughter of Mitch and Maggie McPherson, lives with her mother as Mitch struggles to regain joint custody after he leaves. Hayley grew up starring in Netflix's "The Lincoln Lawyer," which gave her more influence on the show and served as the person to whom Haller explained herself. Krista Warner is still in the early stages of her career, but she's ready to play Young Lisa in TV's "Wild Wild."

Fione Rene - Gloria Dayton:In a possible recurring role in future Lincoln Lawyer seasons, Fione Rene will play Gloria Dayton, the sex worker Haller must testify in court. Rene plays Lyla in "I Know What You Did Last Summer".
Heather Mazur als Carol DuBois:Carol DuBois is an insurance salesman played by Heather Mazur (Sarah Cooper in Night of the Living Dead) and Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby in General Hospital.
